Reagena is a Finnish biotechnology company that develops, manufactures, and sells high-quality diagnostic products for healthcare laboratories, industry and pharmacies internationally. A pioneer in rapid diagnostics for zoonotic diseases, Reagena launched the world’s first rapid test for hantavirus (Puumala virus) infection in 2001 and continues to be a leading provider of hantavirus rapid diagnostics. Its portfolio includes rapid tests for the qualitative detection of Puumala virus- and Dobrava/Hantaan virus-specific IgM antibodies in human serum or plasma, complemented by IgM and IgG enzyme immunoassays (EIA).
