This can be tricky\, when shifting from employee to entrepreneur or back.\nThe system of unemployment benefits in Finland is complicated in the sense that there is no one universal system for all. There is instead one system for employees and another for entrepreneurs. These systems basically work well\, but they don’t always work well together. This means\, that in situations\, when changing from one system to another – say\, for example\, initiating a startup after studies or working as an employee\, one needs to know\, what is a correct procedure on how to do this career change without falling outside the benefit systems.  \nTrainer\nKeynote speaker of this webinar Elina Johansson is a lawyer working for KOKO\, The Unemployment fund for highly educated.
