• Process-based approach and risk-based thinking
• Requirements of the ISO 9001 standard:
  o Context of the organization
  o Leadership
  o Planning, support and operation
  o Performance evaluation
  o Improvement
• Group discussions and practical exercises

Interactive elements can be included using e.g. Socrative, Kahoot or Mentimeter. Training will be held in English in Teams.
