Swarnendu Ghosh is MSc (biomedicine, University of Eastern Finland), Founder of GxP Bridge. He is an active industry expert specializing in commercial Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Assurance within the European gene therapy and biotechnology sector. As a proud Loimu member and a Biomedicine alumnus of the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), Swarnendu understands exactly what it takes to transition from a university science background into highly regulated international pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Currently serving in an engineering role at a leading local biopharmaceutical facility, he has personally trained approximately 200 industry professionals in industrial operational logic and cleanroom compliance. His mission through GxP Bridge is to bridge the gap between theoretical science and commercial production, ensuring that the next generation of experts enters the workforce with the "shop-floor" confidence required to succeed in the global pharma industry.
Core Industry Expertise:
- Commercial Bioprocessing: Extensive hands-on experience in Grade B/C cleanroom operations, single-use chromatography equipment (e.g., ÄKTA systems), and downstream processing.
- Quality Assurance & Deviation Management: Deep expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), investigating shop-floor anomalies, and authoring legally binding Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports to EMA standards.
- The "Academic-to-Industry" Bridge: Swarnendu founded GxP Bridge specifically to solve the biggest bottleneck in the Finnish life-sciences sector: translating brilliant university science into the strict, ALCOA++ operational logic required by European hiring managers.
